Festival of Lights is set to return to Otsiningo Park

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Tickets for a new annual holiday tradition are already circulating in the community. The 6th annual Broome County Festival of Lights will run for 49 nights from November 17th through January 4th.
