Festival “A summer in Le Havre”: mischievous contemporary works to be discovered throughout the city

Every summer, the city of Le Havre is “heckled” by contemporary artists. Until September, a dozen monumental contemporary works play with the geometry and heritage of the Porte Océane. Some will stay.
