Michael Schumacher Tribute Ferrari Livery Revealed for Italian GP
Ferrari will race in deeper red colors inspired by the 1996 F310, with Schumacher’s seven-title stars and personal MS logo on the car.
Ferrari will run a special livery at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza to honor Michael Schumacher, 30 years after the German driver joined the team.
The design draws inspiration from the 1996 Ferrari F310, the car Schumacher drove in his debut season, featuring gold wheels and a unique deeper red finish.
Current drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will wear Schumacher-inspired race suits, while the car features the "MS" logo motif and seven stars representing his World Championship titles.
Sebastian Vettel will perform a "celebratory lap" in Schumacher's championship-winning 2002 car before Sunday's grand prix, with former teammate Rubens Barrichello also driving the car on Saturday.
