Fence ordinance slated to change, scooters discussed - Sleepy Eye Herald-Dispatch

The Sleepy Eye City Council discussed the fence ordinance in the city code at their meeting on Aug. 12. The first reading was called for on amending the fence ordinance to change required setbacks on corner lots and on adjoining lots. City Attorney Alissa Groen also suggested a more detailed description of what constitutes a fence.
