King Felipe Is Competing in a Historic Sailing Regatta in Mallorca
King Felipe VI of Spain is racing this week in the 44th Copa del Rey in Mallorca, sailing a new Navy vessel called the Hispania that many experts consider his best chance yet at winning the competition.
Not even one of King Felipe VI's favorite events will escape the demands of his official schedule this year. The King, who has already begun competing in Palma Bay at the helm of the new Hispania, will not be able to complete the traditional week of regatta racing as he has done in recent summers.
