WILLIAMSPORT — A Nigerian native living in Georgia already charged in Clinton County with stealing nearly $900,000 intended for a Dillsburg contractor is now facing a federal wire fraud conspiracy count.Dimiriafor Valentine Amamkwe, 53, of Atlanta, was indicted Thursday by a U.S. Middle District grand jury. He has been held without bail since last June on the related state charges.
