The U.S. Department of Justice is planning to seek the death penalty against one of the suspects in a drug ring and carjacking that led to a woman’s death in 2024. Prosecutors say Jordanish Torres-Garcia was the one who held Katherine Aguasvivas at gunpoint in the shocking carjacking that took place in Winter Springs.
