To the editor: After reading an article stating the current federal government allow the use of pesticides, that have been banned by Health Canada in the name of national food security for as long as six years I was dumbfounded and outraged. What national food security is the federal government talking about since we export more than half of what we grow and are on a short list of countries that are self sufficient in food production.
