The Federal Appeals Chamber of Paraná confirmed this Friday the preventive closure of the Effluent Treatment Plant of the Gualeguaychú Industrial Park (PIG), rejecting the appeals filed by the defenses of Juan Benedetti, Pedro Delfino and Rafael Núñez, members of the Administrative Commission of the PIG, and Tomy George Fogg, president of the Development Corporation of Gualeguaychú (CODEGU).
