Data Center Moratorium Extended in FC
(Brookville, IN) – Franklin County Commissioners recently voted unanimously to keep a 12-month data center moratorium in place. The vote came before an overflow crowd in and outside the commissioners meeting room. The moratorium, which was put in place earlier this year to give county leaders time to gather information and develop zoning regulations, will be in effect until February 24, 2027.
