Fatal shooting on Barton Chapel Road leaves one dead

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) - Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen confirmed one person is dead after a shooting at an Augusta convivence store Thursday. According to Bowen, the incident took place at 2382 Barton Chapel Road, The One Stop on July 10. The person was reportedly shot at least one time and was pronounced dead on the scene.
