(Muscatine Co.) One person was killed and another injured in a two-vehicle crash in Muscatine County Tuesday morning. According to the Iowa State Patrol, 39-year-old Daniel Owen Lincoln of Muscatine was driving a 2015 Volkswagen eastbound on Burlington Road at a high rate of speed when he crossed the center line and struck a westbound 1995 Chevy passenger car. (Muscatine, Iowa) –  One person died and another was injured during a collision this (Tuesday) morning in eastern Iowa’s Muscatine County.
