According to the Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat, at around 2:23 p.m. in Vievys, Kauno Street, the driver of a Škoda car (born in 1991), when a pedestrian (born in 1943) suddenly stepped out onto the road, failed to stop the vehicle she was driving and hit her, knocking her into the first lane of traffic, in which a VDL bus, driven by a man (born in 1984), was traveling.
