(19 years old) has heard the court's decision, which revealed the speed of the car at the time of the dramatic accident in Chełm in the Lublin region. It could have been as much as 130 km per hour!

There is a three-month arrest for 19-year-old Szymon C. - the perpetrator of Sunday's tragedy on Ogrodowa Street in Chełm (Lublin Province). The man overturned a passenger car with 10 people in it while drunk. Two 18-year-olds transported in the trunk died on the spot. The spokeswoman for the District Court in Lublin informed that according to the findings, the car was moving at a speed of approx. 120-130 km/h.

The 19-year-old perpetrator of the fatal accident that occurred in Chełm on Sunday was brought to the prosecutor's office on Monday afternoon, where he was questioned and heard the charges, informs the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin. He faces a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.

The driver, who was supposed to cause a fatal accident in Chełm, heard the charges. As reported by the Lublin police, the 19-year-old driver was brought by uniformed men to the prosecutor's office. A young man will answer for causing a crash in land traffic.
