Report: Farmland values ‘softening,’ rent prices dip

Farmland values are “softening” with “some downward pressure on rental agreements” according to the 2025 Illinois Farmland Values and Lease Trends Report.

The lack of rainfall is causing farmers to create, and the rain of the next few days probably does not change that much.
