Fargo gathers input on regulating food carts amid growing tensions

FARGO — Fargo is trying to figure out how to enforce food cart regulations as tensions grow. City staff held a listening session Wednesday, Jan. 7, at City Hall to gather input from local food cart and downtown stakeholders.
