Codic France, the real estate developer who owns the shopping center East in Farébersviller, withdraws from the first tranche of the extension project East Z., taken over by the company Actipark. Nearly €15 million will be invested to build a hotel B & B of 75 rooms, one or two restaurants on 650 m2 and 16 cells of 220 to 3,000 m2 reserved for artisans. Start of work in September 2025.
