GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - The trial of Zachary Hughes came to a close Thursday. Hughes was found guilty of killing Christina Parcell in her home by stabbing her 35 times. The jury found Hughes guilty on five charges and the judge sentenced him to two life sentences. Hughes admitted to killing Christina Parcell; he even shared how he did it.
