McDOWELL, Ky. — The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who hasn’t been seen by her family in over a month. Brandy Moore, 41, of McDowell, was reported to the sheriff’s office as missing on June 9, but her family said she had not been seen in over 30 days.
