Scottish travel influencer has vanished in Morocco
Her family said her phone has been off since she checked out, and a friend said she had run out of money the day before.
- British influencer Rachel Kerr, 31, vanished in Agadir, Morocco, on Saturday, April 25, after a night out. Her family remains "extremely concerned" for her welfare after she stopped communicating.
- Kerr traveled to Morocco for a work trip, staying at the Caribbean Village hotel. She had extended her stay, originally planning to return to Scotland two weeks earlier.
- Friend Alexis Shaw reported that Kerr was last seen leaving the SMART Nightclub at 5 a.m. on Saturday. Her mobile phone has remained switched off since she checked out.
- Scottish police have been notified, and the Foreign Office is supporting the family's search efforts in Agadir. Relatives are traveling to the area to assist.
- Friend Shaw claimed Kerr had run out of funds on Friday, the day before she disappeared. Reports suggest the nightclub she visited has a reputation for drinks spiking.
