AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A local family honored their late family members with a fundraiser for veteran suicide prevention on Saturday in Austintown. Jen Costello and her son Jake Crewson both lost their lives to suicide in the last five years after Crewson returned from his service in the Marine Corps.
