KERR COUNTY, Texas (KIAH) -- Over 19 people from the Houston area are still unaccounted for after the deadly floods in central Texas this past weekend. Three from the area have been confirmed to have died as of Sunday. Jeff Wilson, a teacher at Kingwood Park High School, is among the 79 who died, according to Humble ISD.
