Air India's facing a lawsuit in the UK from the families of some of those killed in last summer's plane crash.
All but one of the 242 people on board the Gatwick-bound flight died when it came down just after take-off in Ahmedabad in June. There were also 19 fatalities among those on the ground. The first British victim to be named, was 41 year old mum-of-two Elcina Alpesh Makwana, who lived in Hounslow. Court records show a personal injury motion was filed by 11 claimants.
