Final Plaintiff in Fairbanks Four Civil Rights Case Reaches $11.5M Settlement

The final member of the Fairbanks Four still suing the City of Fairbanks has settled his wrongful conviction suit. The agreement comes more than seven years after the Fairbanks Four sued the city in federal court, claiming Fairbanks police had manufactured evidence to convict them for a murder they didn’t commit.
