Czech driver Roman Staněk finished second in the Formula 2 race in Hungary, where he started from pole position after winning qualifying. The 21-year-old Invicta team member achieved further success at the Hungaroring a week after winning his first major race in Belgium. His teammate Leonardo Fornaroli from Italy won and consolidated his lead in the championship standings.
