Dozens of Thai oil trucks have been stopped at the Chong Mek border crossing into Laos since Monday, following concerns that the Energy Ministry might ban oil exports due to the Middle East conflict. Truck drivers reported confusion over their ability to deliver fuel after the lifting of a previous export ban on Sunday.
