Explosion injures 3 people at wastewater treatment plant in South Baltimore

Three people were injured in an explosion Tuesday at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant. Emergency crews were called around 1 p.m. Tuesday to the facility on Asiatic Avenue for a reported explosion, Baltimore City fire officials told WBAL-TV 11 News.
