Originally, it was supposed to be two small cottages in a gardening colony in Dobšice near Znojmo. In the end, František Sklenář and his partner built a large villa here. In violation of the building permit and the valid zoning plan of the municipality. On Tuesday morning, after long fights and disputes, excavators razed it to the ground.

However, the owners did not enjoy their cozy living in the gardens near Znojmo for long, and the bailiff ordered the illegal construction to be removed. Since the property owners did not obey the order, on Tuesday, April 28, the demolition team began demolishing the building. The police supervised the peaceful course of the event.
