Denise Richards and her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, were evicted from their California home last week after they failed to respond to their landlord’s lawsuit. On December 26, a Los Angeles Superior Court clerk signed off on a request brought by the couple’s landlord, John Karan, who sued Richards and Phypers in November, alleging that they had failed to pay $84,000 in rent.
