Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) won a victory in court on Tuesday in the dispute over funds that had been collected in Russia. Vienna's Regional Court of Civil Law granted the bank and its Russian daughter AO Raiffeisen approximately EUR 3.15 billion in damages.
The Bank will receive around EUR 3.15 billion in compensation.
Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) has won its damages case against Rasperia Trading Limited in Austria after a Vienna court ordered the defendant to pay around €3.15 billion in default judgment. RBI is requesting the release of Austrian assets subject to EU sanctions to enforce the decision.
