On Monday 26 January, Italy requested the inclusion of Iranian Revolutionary Guards on the European list of terrorist organisations. French MPs want to do the same for the Muslim Brotherhood. Today, there are 35 people or groups active inside and outside the EU.
The French parliament has approved a resolution against the Muslim Brotherhood. The organization should be designated a terrorist organization at the European level. The vote followed a heated debate that lasted for hours. The resolution was submitted by the center-right party Les Républicains, Le Monde reports.
