The Munich Security Conference (MSC), a major annual geopolitical event in which some 200 government representatives from 120 countries, including the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, will participate from Friday to Sunday, will take place in a climate of unprecedented division between Europeans and Americans.
