A boat belonging to the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) with the Estonian Ambassador to Greece, Karin Rannu, and Estonian border guards on board has capsized off the easternmost Greek island of Kastelorizo. Estonian broadcaster ERR reported that there were five people on board, four of whom were taken to hospital. The ambassador suffered minor injuries.
