Etta Frances Terro, 90, of Sulphur, La. passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025. She was born to her late parents, Leo and Angelina Decou on July 17, 1934 in Cecilia, La. She and her husband, Curtis, were former manager of the Siesta Motel. Etta was a devout Catholic and was a member of the Legion of Mary.
