CDMX.- A Mexico City control judge linked Ximena “N” to the trial, known on social networks as “Lady Racista”, who went viral after assaulting a transit element of the Mexican capital. The woman was prosecuted for the crime of discrimination against an element of the Police of Mexico City, determined the judicial authority at the second hearing held in the courts of the Colony Doctors, in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office.
Ximena Pichel will have to comply with the repair of the damage under “the agreed terms,” the capital’s prosecutor’s office said.
