On Monday, 14 September, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., seven gendarmes of the Séletat motorised platoon and three municipal police officers from the Pays d'Erstein conducted a joint operation in the Place de l'Obertor. They monitored and reminded the holders of personal motorized travel units (EDPMs), mainly scooters, of the safety rules. Three were impounded, as well as a moped.
