CALHOUN COUNTY, ARKANSAS, JUL 17 – The $193 million investment will expand solid rocket motor production capacity six-fold and create 50 new jobs, supporting national security and Arkansas’s aerospace industry growth.
- On Thursday, Eric DiStasi was appointed vice president of strategy and business development and general manager of advanced missile programs. DiStasi confirmed his new role in a LinkedIn post Thursday.
- A defense industry veteran, DiStasi served at Aerojet Rocketdyne and Lockheed Martin, holding an MBA from the University of New Haven.
- L3Harris is investing $193 million to build 20 facilities, adding over 130,000 square feet, with production slated for 2027.
