Lack of dialogue with potential customers, lack of multi-year orders and support for exports, delayed certification, restrictive requirements for licensed production, preferences for state suppliers are some of the problems that entrepreneurs presented to the Senate Defense Committee. They advocated deregulation and government assistance in contracts with foreign countries.
