According to the Lithuanian trade union "Solidarumas", which organized the action, the picket aimed to draw attention to the situation of Energesman employees after their work was terminated due to legal disputes between the Vilnius City Municipality, Vilnius County Waste Management Center (VAATC), and the aforementioned company.
