Nagpur: The High Court has taken a tough stand on the ever-increasing encroachment on footpaths on major roads of Nagpur city. Hearing a PIL filed against unauthorized activities on footpaths from Bajaj Nagar to VNIT Chowk, the High Court has sought a reply from the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (Municipality) and the DCP of the Traffic Department.
