The manager of the Municipal Aseo Services Company (EMSA), René Quiroga, reported that it was decided to suspend the waste collection service for two days, Thursday and Friday, due to the lack of fuel for the collection cars. EMSA reported that Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) had to deliver 10 thousand liters of diesel to them on Wednesday, however, the state oil company did not comply with the distribution.
