Emergency road repairs close part of West Clopton Street

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Drivers in Richmond should plan for detours over the next two weeks as the city conducts emergency utility work near the intersection of Wise Street and West Clopton Street. Starting Friday, July 18, crews with the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities (DPU) began an emergency cavitation repair in the 00 block of West Clopton Street.
