The American auction house Christie's sold a series of personal belongings owned by British pop star Elton John (76) for a whopping 18.5 million euros. For example, a grand piano was auctioned for more than 200,000 dollars (185,000 euros), and a triptych by British graffiti artist Banksy fetched just under 2 million dollars (1.8 million euros).
