FRANKLIN, Ky. – A Todd County man is dead following a crash in Simpson County. Kentucky State Police says it responded to a request from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a fatal collision at the 1200 block of Milliken Chapel Road in Simpson County Sunday morning.
