AI Startup EliseAI Valued at $4 Billion in Latest Funding Round
The financing will expand EliseAI’s automation for leasing, maintenance, billing and patient scheduling as the company says it powers one in six U.S. apartments.
- On Tuesday, EliseAI announced a $350 million funding round that valued the AI company at $4 billion. This capital injection will accelerate the development and delivery of new products for housing and healthcare workflows.
- The company reached $200 million in annual recurring revenue in 2026, marking five consecutive years of 100% year-over-year growth. Its platform currently powers one in six U.S. apartments, with more than 30 million Americans interacting with it.
- Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners led the financing round. "EliseAI has spent years building inside the day-to-day complexity of housing," said Sameer Dholakia, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, who joined the company's board of directors as part of the deal.
- Expanding engineering, deployment, and sales teams across North American offices, EliseAI will establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub. The investment also supports Apollo, the agentic AI teammate the company launched earlier this month.
- Minna Song, co-founder and CEO of EliseAI, stated, "Housing has enormous problems to solve, and we've grown by going deeper with our customers until we've solved the root causes." The company aims to make these industries more accessible and affordable.
