Officials of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) captured the alleged femicide of Elianny De Los Angeles Arévalo Barrosi (36), identified as Derwis Rafael Arcia Arcia (37), nicknamed Bolo.
