At around 5:05 p.m. on the 28th, a teenage boy, a primary school student, was hit by a car on a city road in Kiyama, Ginowan City, sustaining minor abrasions to his right knee. According to the Ginowan Police Station, the car was traveling from Shinjo, Ginowan City, towards Isa when the boy suddenly ran out into the road, causing him to fall.
