Elche honors Castellón with a palm tree 'to unite the south with the north'

The catalogue of palm trees with name in the Municipal Park grew again this Saturday. Elche City Council paid homage to the city of Castellón in symbol of union "between the south and the north" of the Valencian Community and the act served for the mayor, Pablo Ruz, along with his counterpart Begoña Carrasco as the first edil of the provincial capital, to announce that from now on projects in common between the two cities will be developed.
