Man Driving 118 MPH with Wife and 2 Kids Arrested for DUI: BCSO

Juan Espinosa was taken into custody early Sunday in Brevard County after being caught traveling northbound on I-95 at 118 mph in a Chevy Equinox with his wife and two children inside.
