El Paso.- A 10-year-old girl from El Paso donated hand-woven caps to cancer patients at Providence Children’s Hospital, as part of a community service initiative dedicated to the memory of Cara Becker, a Baltimore teenager who fought cancer in 2012 and whose history left a mark throughout the country.
